Our estate is nestled in the heart of the beautiful landscape of Tarn-et-Garonne. Our former XVIIIth-century farmhouse, carefully restored and rehabilitated in an eco-responsible way, opens its doors to you for an unforgettable experience.
In the charming village of Albias, our estate offers an idyllic refuge where history and modern comfort meet harmoniously. You will be charmed by the authentic character of our building, steeped in the heritage of the past. Our three spacious guest rooms await you with a warm atmosphere and an elegant design.
Enjoy a unique experience by exploring the most beautiful villages of France, savour the local gastronomy, and then relax in our wooded park and our swimming pool.

Chambre Vivaldi
This 30 m² room, nestled in our 18th-century house, occupies the oldest part of the property. Old signatures engraved on the side of the fireplace bear inscriptions dating back to the very beginning of the 18th century. This room charms with its romantic ambiance, featuring chestnut parquet flooring and a refined, warm décor that we have carefully chosen to perfectly complement the history of the house. It is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a small sitting area for quiet relaxation. Direct access to a private terrace opens onto our beautiful garden. The tiled bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Chambre Debussy
Following on from the Vivaldi room, we move forward in time with the Debussy room. This 30 m² space reveals the authentic charm of the building thanks to its earthen walls, lime plaster, and exposed beams, all warmed by inviting colors and 19th-century Louis-Philippe style furniture. It includes a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a small sitting area, and direct access to a private terrace overlooking the garden. Its travertine-clad bathroom is equipped with a shower and separate toilet.
Chambre Ravel
Inspired by the Art Deco style, this 30 m² room combines elegance with cosiness, featuring a deep green velvet headboard, embroidered bed linen and chestnut parquet flooring that adds warmth and character.
It features a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a small sitting area and direct access to a terrace overlooking our magnificent garden. The tiled bathroom has a bath and a separate toilet.
Drift off into a restful sleep and wake up each morning to a sumptuous continental breakfast, prepared with love.

Visit to the Rivalière apiary
An activity in the heart of the garden
Gaëtan, a beekeeper, invites you to discover his apiary of about fifteen hives located in our 1.2-hectare park. This preserved and eco-responsibly maintained space promotes local biodiversity as well as the pollination of our vegetable garden and bee-friendly plants. The guided tour is an opportunity to learn more about how a bee colony functions and the essential role of bees in our environment.
The itinerary of the visit with Gaëtan
This educational activity is safe and accessible to both adults and children. Before approaching the apiary, Gaëtan will provide you with a full-body protective suit that fits you properly. Once equipped, you can observe the opening of a hive, see the bees working on the frames, and learn about the social organization of the colony. Gaëtan will share his experience and answer all your questions about the life of the hive and the beekeeping profession.
Tasting our local produce
The visit concludes with a tasting of our homemade honey, extracted directly on the property. This is the same honey we are pleased to serve you each morning with our continental breakfast at the estate. Jars of our locally harvested honey are also available for those who wish to take home a souvenir of their stay.

Our honey comes directly from the beehives on our farm, located in the heart of our park, which covers more than one hectare. This environment is maintained throughout the year without any chemical treatment in order to protect our bees and the local biodiversity.
Extracted honey is a raw and entirely natural product that reflects the diversity of the nectar-producing flora of Albias and the Tarn-et-Garonne region. Offered here as a spring harvest, it is also available as wildflower honey or in a mechanically processed creamed version, guaranteeing complete traceability and exceptional flavor.
Taking one of these jars home allows you to extend your visit to the estate by simply finding at home the quality of the regional products offered during our breakfasts.
